Job Description

With continued growth across metropolitan and regional projects, we are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business development and brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement effective sales and marketing plans to grow revenue and market position
Generate leads, convert prospects, and increase project sales across South Australia
Maintain and develop the sales pipeline using CRM systems and performance reporting
Guide, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Manage digital marketing, advertising activities, and promotional strategies
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, developers, suppliers, and referral networks
Lead contract discussions and assist clients through the full sales process
Collaborate with construction, design, and operations teams for seamless project delivery
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance updates for senior management

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
2–3 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership (construction, property, or real estate industry preferred)
Demonstrated success in increasing sales revenue and managing key client accounts
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and reporting systems
